Public Offer – DariM

This document constitutes a public offer and defines the terms and conditions governing the use of www.darimbrand.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, “Platform”, “DariM”, “We”).

By placing an order on the Website, the user confirms acceptance of these Terms and enters into a binding agreement with DariM.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

Customer / User – any natural person placing an order for personal use

Products – clothing, accessories and other goods offered under the DariM brand

Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual

Order – a confirmed request by the Customer to purchase Products through the Website

3. Use of the Website

3.1 The Platform provides customers with the opportunity to browse and purchase products online.

3.2 The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3.3 DariM reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

• product unavailability

• incorrect pricing

• suspected fraudulent activity

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Orders are placed by adding Products to the shopping cart and completing checkout.

4.2 Payment must be made using one of the methods available on the Website.

4.3 An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

4.4 If payment is not completed, the order may be automatically canceled.

5. Delivery

5.1 DariM provides shipping within Georgia and internationally.

5.2 Delivery timeframes and costs are displayed during checkout.

5.3 Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer once the Product is handed over to the courier service.

5.4 Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the Customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

6.1 In accordance with Georgian consumer protection legislation, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the Product.

6.2 Returned Products must:

• be unused

• retain original packaging

• have all tags attached

6.3 The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned Product or proof of shipment.

6.4 The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.

6.5 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalized items

• items damaged by the Customer

• products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

7. Personal Data Protection

7.1 By using the Website, the User consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7.2 Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

DariM is not liable for:

10. Force Majeure

DariM shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or disruptions in logistics.
