We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note:

Return shipping costs and any associated customs or duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For international orders (including UAE, EU, UK, Ukraine), customs charges are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
